Club Penguin recently updated, and along with the update was a new furniture catalog, a new igloo catalog, new construction around the island (for Halloween), and of course, a new newspaper. Here I will discuss a few main topics from the newspaper that you may find interesting!
- Gariwald VIII: Who is he?
Gariwald VIII is Gary’s Great Uncle. He is also Club Penguin’s most famous paranormal expert. A paranormal expert is someone who is a professional in finding and researching ghosts! Gariwald VIII went missing on Halloween Night as he was searching for ghosts, and he’s been missing ever since! The newspaper also told us that starting October 18, we will have to help Gary find his long lost uncle. So this could be some sort of scavenger hunt!
- Igloo Decorating Contest – Halloween 2012
The Halloween Igloo Decorating Contest will be held starting TODAY until October 16. So, you have 5 days to make your igloo all spooky! Use the new items you purchased from the Club Penguin Furniture Catalog and the igloo you bought from the Club Penguin Igloo Catalog.
Here is what the winners will receive:
- First Place- 6 rare igloo items and 1 MILLION Coins
- Second Place – 3 rare igloo items and 10,000 Coins
- Third Place – 1 rare igloo item, and 1,000 Coins
